What sort of jobs have we done?
We are a turnkey property maintenance shop. We provide services to homeowners and property managers at a fair price: basic landscaping services, spring/fall clean-ups, snow/ice removal, masonry repairs, vacant apartment clean-ups, plumbing/heating calls, and more!
We clear out newly vacated apartments - we remove trash, old furniture, mattresses - you name it, we've hauled it! Then we can also clean and paint and make the unit ready for the new tenant.
We clear out vacant/abandoned properties - a recent project involved clearing up and carting away years of illegally dumped trash from the yard of an abandoned house that was purchased by a developer. Once the lot was cleared of trash, we removed weeds and weed trees and repaired concrete walkways.
